This is the story of what we do together.
Tonights Dinner
threw tomatoes in at med-high heat to let them pop a bit (5 mins?)
then turned heat down to med, put in garlic, let cook for… 3 mins ish?
put in eggplant and cook for 10 mins (things are almost at a “simmer” heat by now)
throw in zucchini and sage to saute for a couple of minutes then turn heat off.
put pasta with the stuff
put on plate Parmigiano-Reggiano sprinkled on top.
nom nom! oh. salt and pepper and red chile flakes, etc. heh.
