I made this today. Slice two sausages. Brown the sausages a little on medium heat. In a bowl mix three tablespoons of brown mustard, tablespoon of ketchup, and a few dashes of tapatio. Stir in a little rum. By now the sausages are browned, stir in the sauce. Brown some more.
